PAST~ACTIVE~

We open this exploratory call addressed to the international community of performance artists and archivists, to review their chests and ACTIVATE the PAST and MEMORY. 

The call will be open from November 16 to December 02, 2021.

You can participate with:

• Complete pieces or fragments accredited from 1980-2001 and from 2001-2011
• Video-performances and/or Documentation of actions / performances / happenings, captured or dumped into audiovisual format (mp4): Crudes, Slide-shows etc, preferably complete pieces, unique fragments of a certain time development, indicating Title, year, place and accreditation complete. Duration: Short (02:00 to 10:00 min.), Medium (10:00 to 20:00 min.), Or Long (more than 20:00 min.), Approximately.

Artists, archivists or holders of performance documentation in audiovisual format, who are not Spanish speakers, may participate with information about their material or technical sheet in English, whether the video is subtitled or not. 

We want to specially invite to the large and diverse community of  Latin American performance artists  to review their chests and ACTIVATE MEMORIES and participate in Cine+Perfo.

They can send complete pieces or accredited fragments from 1980 to 2001 and from 2001 to 2011

List of shipments necessary to participate:

• Link to the video uploaded to Youtube or Vimeo
• Technical data sheet, included in  Formulario de inscripción  /  Registration Form
• Artist/s, Performer/s, Event, Date, Place, Curatorship (if any), Organizers, Documentalists, Editors, Producers, Synopsis, Short Biography (250 words) of who assumes authorship, protagonist/s of the performance, and/or delegated possession of the material.
• Complete PDF / Word form, with signature and identification as a Sworn Statement.
• Each author or participant may submit up to 2 Works.
